Pros

Remote work I see change as a positive part of a workplace - when you stay as you are, you are not positioning yourself in the marketplace Collaborative Team Environment Small organization means you can make an impact open to new ideas most of the org is remote but we meet in person at times to connect and collaborate fun committee

Cons

small org can sometimes mean limited resources to accomplish tasks

Pros

It used to be a really cool company with awesome people, until the new managements step in.

Cons

The company is now run by a group of besties who have never been a C level of a company before, and it’s sad to see how a great company has turned into something like this. ChatGPT scripted meeting speech with muted microphones for all employees, 3 digits annual bonus, tracking system in your computer so they know what exactly you are doing on your computer, this place is no longer healthy for people to work in… The most recent 5 star review seems fake to me, just saying, be smart and choose your employer wisely unless you wanna live in game of thrones in 2026. Visio use to be awesome, just not anymore.

We recognize that periods of change can be challenging, especially when they impact people we value. Over the past year, Visio has experienced meaningful change. While these changes are intended to support long-term stability, we understand that experiences during times of transition may not always feel positive. As we move forward, we remain focused on building a transparent, supportive culture and continuing to improve how we communicate and support our teams. We welcome feedback and encourage current or former employees to reach out directly if they would like to share their experience further.

Pros

Visio is an established company with a solid track record, but still has a start-up feel to it with lots of opportunity for growth. Employees are trusted to do their jobs without micromanagement. If you’re accountable and proactive, you’re given space to get things done.

Cons

The company is going through a lot of change, which may be difficult for some people, but management seems focused on growing and moving in the right direction.
