Great innovation company; awesome worldwide projects; lot of side career moves depending in which sub-org you work in; Great mix of software/hardware challenges;
Cons
Lacks structure; culture promotes project sometimes unreal deadlines which leads to a not so healthy work/life balance; 20+ yo company that was struggling to switch to a product centric from a pure project play; Culture is quite toxic as a lot of people are still from the early days and fight agressively to keep the social status within the company
