Completely disregards employees — zero people-oriented culture Upper management is toxic, bullying and driven by fear instead of leadership CEO (ML) disrespects and dismisses employees, treating them as disposable Scottish COO is a coward who threatens his team instead of leading, showing no concern or pride for product quality — just wants things delivered at any cost, no matter how disastrous

Great potential but needs some C-level changes

Great environment; Good relationship between different Teams; Product and business very interesting.

Cons

Communication and transparency is still a problem; HR C-level has no quality for the current dimension of Vision-Box; Very bad in terms of english communication, no capacity to manage, fake promises in terms of benefits for employees. Clearly not a person for this position. High turnover in P&C Team.
