The upper levels are a whole another story. Management is not one of the strong points of the company.

A company to avoid. If you want to build a career in the supply chain area (that is, as a demand planner, category manager, buyer, assistant buyer), this company is not for you. The functions to be performed are not clear and/or not defined. There is no team (to ask for help, advice or even initial training) and leadership (they are missing in combat). From the short time I was there, I can see that they won't change anything, as the few that are there will put out "the fires". And the pay is so low, which doesn't make up for your patience.
