- Great company with great product and very talented people - A lot of opportunities to grow inside the company - Opportunity to travel around the world and work with best clients in the airports field - Very good work environment with friendly and helpful colleagues - Different parties and events during the year - The company gives training on/off job - Competitive Salary

- The company has some lack of guidelines and structure because of fast growth.

Great market, great concept, visionary ideas.
Cons
Lack of values and culture, total lack of transparency, upper management and middle management is filled with politics, impossible to trust CEO or Upper management as anything they promise is changed the next day. Great people and talent which is wasted by poor management, absent leaders and lack of honor, fair play and keeping to one's word. Total disorganization, complete amateur approach to on time delivery, quality of products. Impossible to believe this company delivers security critical infrastructure. No space for employee empowerment or creativity, to people actually contributing to improve business, with a totally childish and archaic blame culture.
