Great environment; Good relationship between different Teams; Product and business very interesting.

Cons

Communication and transparency is still a problem; HR C-level has no quality for the current dimension of Vision-Box; Very bad in terms of english communication, no capacity to manage, fake promises in terms of benefits for employees. Clearly not a person for this position. High turnover in P&C Team.

Work can be interesting and there are travel opportunities.

Cons

The management system was too top heavy. Basically everything had to go through upper management for review. Line managers should have had more authority.
