Make sure everything promised by management is written and approved or you'll be waiting for benefits for years. You can't trust no one. Everyone wants to grow by force, it doesn't matter who they have to step on. Very immature and self-centered managers. Developers are mainly juniors even if they think they're seniors. Human resources can't distinguish a plant from a human and have no idea what they're doing regarding working laws and worker rights. The pay checks are horrible. They have the ability to loose their best workers due to a very immature view of the individual work. Lack of procedures.

Chaotic management (or lack of management), lack of well defined processes. The company is growing too big with no investment in structures and foundations to support so many collaborators. The deadlines are always very short, putting too much pressure on the whole company, and therefore the quality of the deliveries suffers quite a lot. The working conditions are subpar because the office is now too small for so many people. Things like lack of (clean) bathrooms or even lack of a small space to make a private phone call in the office also take their toll.
