-Management is one big joke -Respect for employees is at minimal level -HR doesn't know anything about other countries except portugal. -only 1 HR department and it is located at vision-box portugal -lacks the needed resources to be a succesful global business -"Siempre solo" mentality -harrasment at work place -no chance to proceed in your career within the company
