      Pros

      As an application dev for VIP I have a very supportive manager who cares about her team. I receive updates about the company from the CEO, and have met the Vice President! This company has given me room to grow through teaching me to interview people, allowing me to participate in their WITs scholarship committee, and providing further career related educational opportunities. This is a fulfilling and rewarding job and VIP treats me very well!

      The salary and benefits are competitive especially for newly graduated University students...

      Cons

      ... however, they pale in comparison to the salary of the client we worked alongside. In addition, some positions offered will leave an employee feeling like an outsider at the company. Still, company policy is not out of the ordinary so if you can adjust to life at an office, there's not too much to complain about.
