      Pros

      I don't see any pros to working at this company, unless it's absolutely your only option.

      Cons

      They have a terrible compensation package. They do not treat their employees well. As a result, there is a high turnover. They do not get rid of their bad employees, so I had to work with incompetent coworkers on a daily basis. The CEO is cheap and does not care about the employees.

      Pros

      Great contracts and a fantastic company to work for. Everyone I have met within the company has been amazing. The office location is incredible, there are extremely driven individuals which influence me every day. I have always had plenty of guidance in my job and have been able to partake in training to push my career further. This company has exploded in the past few years and are not afraid to take on the larger consulting firms.

      Cons

      Time sheets for salary employees are kind of a hassle but really not a big issue.
