Pros

this job provides a flexible schedule, good beginner job for someone looking to get into healthcare

Cons

They don't pay very well, I've been with them for over 4 years and started at 12 and have only gotten a 2 dollar increase, had to fight for it as well

Pros

-flexible job for someone who's in college - A bit above average pay -Will try to accommodate to any requests needed i.e supplies, transportation -Offer great pay for overtime and holidays. -One of the better caregiver companies to work for and definitely a step up from facilities.

Cons

-If you need to change your schedule at all, they might cut hours and agents can be passive aggressive/ cold - Minimal training, and some clients need specific care that is often not trained for i.e catheter change, blind clients, aggressive clients - Would constantly get calls to pick up shifts on days off.

Pros

Flexible schedule You can cover shifts

Cons

If you are referred by someone, they get a bonus but in order to get that bonus you have to work 60 hours within two months. You don’t even get half of that. The job doesn’t cover the cost of bills. if the client cancels you won’t be getting paid, even if you already showed up and management calls you last minute
