Use you up, wear you out. No consideration.

Pros

Good pay in comparison to the local industry.

Cons

This employer touts they will 'work around, your schedule. .. but in reality, any limitations or second job or life you may have is a real hassle and clearly inconvenient. You will lose work if you give any days unavailable. Some weeks they will work you to exhaustion if you don't know how to say no to shifts. There will be noted appreciation for weeks and days you might pinch hit for those out sick or other extra assignments.

Pros

The office staff personality, they are sweet and helpful. They are willing to work around your schedule and availability. Which is helpful if you are going to school

Cons

pay doesn't increase. They have clients very far in remote areas of Carroll county. They have a lot if 4 hour shifts that makes it not worth the drive.

Pros

Higher pay than other home care companies Paychecks always on time and correct I have more financial security because VA offers me long-term assignments. There is no per diem work 4-hr minimum shifts I get detailed info on client before starting new assignment Everyone in the office is friendly

Cons

No health insurance or mileage reimbursement Very strict Everyone is paid the same no matter if a new CHHA or a very experienced one.
