Great caregiver support, supervisors and caseworkers are always there and available, always offering the helping hand and support. That is huge with an employer!

Cons

The business goes in waves, sometimes there is a lot of work and other times there is not very much. Just part of the business.

Flexible part-time hours initially offered. Meaningful work supporting vulnerable individuals. Quick onboarding process. Some clients were truly wonderful. Gained valuable caregiving experience.

Cons

No support during medical emergencies. Poor communication from management. Unsafe working conditions for caregivers. Denied valid unemployment claim. High physical demands without proper backup.
