Pros

It is a wonderful company to work for as with many home care agency. They work with you to find clients that live in your area. They go by your experience and match you with a client that best fits.

Cons

The cons are no health benefits. Also if a clients of yours passes your left with out work until they have a new client for you and that could range from a couple of day to several weeks.

Visiting Angels constantly shops our competitors to ensure that our wages are above average for our market. No caregivers are employed by Visiting Angels as Full-time employees, and all hours and schedules are set by the people we serve, our clients.
