Pros
The BEST reasons (which are MY reasons) to work for Visiting Angels, is the incredible experiences you have helping the elderly. ALL the HUGS, KISSES, & "THANK YOU's" that I receive from my Clients, MAKE MY DAY... EVERY DAY!! I know that my work is helping to make someone else's life easier & nicer ... and often means the difference of an older person being able to stay in their own home, or not!! .... & that MAKES THEIR DAY!!!
Cons
I am not sure exactly what is happening currently, but there are OBVIOUSLY problems in the Office!! I've been told that the lady who does the scheduling, has been off sick ... & is now off, ... on vacation. No one else seems to be able to back her up!! (???) The couple of Office Workers, seem confused, untrained, "don't know how to do the scheduling" ... & appear to be VERY SHORT-STAFFED, etc. etc.!!! There are some SEVERE REAL PROBLEMS?!?!? I am NEW ... so I don't really have any other time(s), etc.to compare to .... but, I HAVE been in the workforce for over 15 years, held management positions, etc. ... & I've never seen any Business/Company so "CONFUSING"!!! I certainly hope this will IMPROVE SOON!!!
