Pros
The visiting angels management are some of the most understanding, approachable and professional people I’ve ever worked for. They truly respect their employees and most importantly the clients are at the centre of everything they do. There is an excellent training programme for new employees, they are at the end of the phone 24/7 for any queries during visits and truly respect a good work/life balance. I feel I have become the best caregiver I can be working for visiting angels, despite years of experience before working for this company. I wish I’d joined sooner. They are 10/10.
Cons
The probation period is slightly longer than average I’d say, and can be a significant wait until the training completion payout.
