Pros

The products directly help the people who need them. The entire team is very mission oriented on helping people with low-vision or blindness. The team is talented and friendly.

Cons

The company had a tendency to "bite off more than we could chew". There were really too many projects in flight for the size of the staff. The products needed a refresh (which they ultimately got).
