Pros

Excellent care for employees, especially during the pandemic. Leadership has gone above and beyond to make sure that employees feel supported and included during an extremely turbulent and upsetting time. The work is interesting, and you can get exposed to a lot of different aspects of the business if you ask.

Cons

You'll definitely work hard here, the pace can be pretty breakneck at times. Work product is held to a very high standard, which is both a pro and a con, depending upon how you look at it and your personality. Teams can feel understrength for the kind of growth and activity we've experienced even in the short time that I've been here.

Pros

Salary per experience for entry level, benefits, perks.

Cons

No upward movement, EA team feels limited in depth, dichotomy between men and women. Values are clearly aligned towards superficial goods given the industry. But expected.
