The people, office space, events & other perks.

Cons

It's grown a lot in the past few years, which has changed the culture. Standards are being lowered and so is compensation. Communication could be better firm wide.

Poor leadership on all levels, ignored reports of management misconduct and employee harassment, along with reports of compliance issues.
