Pros

Good experience for your resume.

Cons

Vista is a sweatshop, it is high stress, you will work very hard, which is ok, but you will not be rewarded for your good deeds. The pay and bonuses are mediocre and their expectations are huge. They struggle to retain good talent. They also struggle to deal with their growth as they don't have the infrastructure in place to support their growth.

Pros

Office locations, benefits, management and so on. It has a wonderful company culture and tries to retain an employee centered view.

Cons

Obviously more on the formal side because it is finance. This require stricter rules and formal dress code. As long as you are okay with this then it is not much of a negative.
