Pros
Well-stocked kitchen and good snacks.
Cons
As an Executive Assistant, the culture was extremely difficult. The managers are micromanagers, with little trust or autonomy given to employees. There is clear favoritism, which impacts morale and growth opportunities. You’re frequently told to “stay in your lane,” even when trying to be proactive or add value, which makes it challenging to succeed or feel invested in the work. There is also a lack of transparency from leadership, leaving employees out of the loop and unsure of expectations or decisions that directly affect their roles. Overall, the environment feels unsupportive.
