Pros
12-18 months ago I would have given the firm 5 stars. However, what made the firm so incredible to work at is changing at a rapid pace. At this point the primary pro of working here is to get the affiliation with the brand name. Used to be that this was a place that rewarded performance, impact, innovation and loyalty and was a tremendous place to advance your career. I hope the firm can find it's way back to that - as that was one of the key differentiators that made the Firm so coveted and sought after from a talent perspective.
Cons
Massive leadership changes with key (and beloved) leaders and top talent leaving by choice or force, coupled with a heightened focus on performance at all costs, makes this a tough environment to succeed in. Silos are prevalent which will impact the firms ability to deliver emerging technology transformations.
