-As long as you have a good STR report they leave you alone -Not very report-heavy. The reports that are required are not difficult -Good bonus opportunities

Cons

-Very slow to bring back pre-pandemic salary. Numbers were very good and at top of comp set but had no sight of salary coming back.

Pros

Biggest pro I can post about this company is some of the employees you work with. Biggest pro I found was finding a way out of this life sentence to what has to be one of the worst ran management companies in the area.

Cons

Upper management does NOTHING for the hotels other than find lousy projects that last 2-3 weeks and disappear with no benefit. Worst part of this company is that the corporate managers do not care one ounce to see or help you succeed unless you somehow become one of their "projects". Company violates MANY legal laws and is only a matter of time until it catches up or until the owner decides to see of the company before it tanks completely. Pay is scratch for the job you do. Broken promises left and right. I cant begin to tell you how full of it their plans or promises are.
