Cons

Wish they had more hotels in larger markets, benefits could be better.

There are no pros to working here anymore.

Cons

The company has gone downhill since the owner passed away. No one is held accountable and they refuse to hire engineers to keep up with maintenance. Your supervisor will throw you under the bus if it makes them look good. No one has your back.

Pros

Vista Host has some positive corporate culture. Their shared values are communicated very well and service is at the cornerstone each day. I have worked with Vista Host for over 15 years and have seen changes within the company but the culture still stays strong. The people are great to work with and management is very supportive.

Cons

The company does not provide matching 401K.
