You will literally leave that place thinking you can take on the world after what they put you though.
Cons
Everything. Everything. Senior management. Poor structure. Shady. Backstabbing. They focus on stupid things like shaking hands and getting donations to “save children’s lives” when in reality all they care about with that dumb St. Jude’s thing is saving on labor. They don’t see that they’re helping “save children’s lives” but they’re hurting the lives of their most hard working employees, the housekeeping staff, by essentially taking food off their table and THEIR KIDS table. There is absolutely no structure and everyone in senior management has ten jobs so the follow up is terrible. They’ll hire anyone to just fill in roles so the VPs don’t have to go fill in. One of their GMs sells cocaine and gets to work high on cocaine all the time and there is absolutely nothing they do. They coincidentally don’t drug test her. There is no clarity and they’ll get on you for not doing something or doing something wrong but then you’ll talk to another GM and they tell you how they haven’t done that same thing they got on you for in years. It’s literally ran like a high school. They totally overwork you and pay you so little.
