- great training - supportive regional team - great on property dynamic between managers - lucrative bonus plan - lots of opportunity for growth - great to fast track your career

Cons

- you wear a lot of hats from a sales stand point IE: coordinating, active selling, eccom, and social media. However, the training is great and you get a lot of experience in all of these areas really making you a well rounded DOS.
