Specifically the professional development days, leadership groups and the ability to connect directly with the CEO made a huge impact on my career trajectory. The people are truly what make Vistage unique. The HR Department is outstanding and keeps the culture and "people" side of the business in the forefront as they collaborate with leaders to ensure a peoplefirst mindset. They are truly advocates for their employees and are awesome!!
