Communication with overall strategy lacks sometimes. Vistar is a pretty flat organization so opportunities for advancement are minimal.

Good opportunities to advance within the organization. President is focused on growing the business and the management team is open to employee comments. The work life balance could be better as the company operates with a lean staff and if your salary you'll be working from 45 to 50 hours a week.
