Great co-workers & free food.

Cons

They unfairly restrict benefits, and do not disclose this before you sign up. You believe you're receiving a competitive offer...but you're NOT. Basically if you use all your sick time, then you're canned. Why allocate 6 days, if I can only use 3 days before being disciplined? Everything must be approved by corporate, and Buyers are negatively marked for making changes to computer generated PO's. Corporate does not trust their Buyers/Merchandisers. EXTREMELY OUT DATED ERP SYSEM (DOS). TOTAL JOKE.

The money is good, overtime is always there. Good benefits

Cons

The management Doesn't work with the crew. They treat you like robots. 70-80 hour weeks, they change your schedule without telling you. No teamwork at all
