Opportunity for advancement is available now that the company keeps growing. Great vacation, sick time, personal time benefits.

Cons

A lot of work for the pay. Stress full at the moment. Management plays a key role, we've struggled to find a good purchasing manager for years and have been undergoing a lot of staffing issues because of this.
