Payment structure is constantly changing, negatively affecting the best performers. Micromanagement at every level which impedes work getting done in an efficient manner. Does not value their sales team and does not include sales in decision making processes.

Good opportunities to advance within the organization. President is focused on growing the business and the management team is open to employee comments. The work life balance could be better as the company operates with a lean staff and if your salary you'll be working from 45 to 50 hours a week.

Great company to work for, great benefits, good hours great employees.

Cons

Managment doesn't acknowledge the good work and extra effort you put into the work. They need to come out the office a little more and see the day to day activities and the hard work the people do out on the warehouse. Some people can be underpaid, example both can be doing same job but one employee will be paid more than the other for doing same job. They pay can be very unfair. But overall a great place.
