opportunity to learn through testing and development very talented and hard working people still work here decent resources although losing the windtunnel was a disappointment

Cons

business model and outlook are bleak general atmosphere is depressing distribution of work is bad....will reward those trying to overachieve with more work and empty rewards like a positive review and a little hope you wont get laid off next (not unique to visteon i understand)
