      a lot of interest groups for employees to get involved with

      Cons

      in order to be promoted, you have to be part of a "certain" group, and promotions are not given to the most knowlegeable.

      Pros

      Good benefits and pleasant working environment. Have been there 12 years would not be leaving if it was not for bad economy.

      Cons

      Have had to take pay cuts. No raises in the past 3 years due to poor economy. Work constantly and travel all the time with no time off. Want me to work during my vacation time

      Pros

      Good experience to work on a global purchasing team. Sometimes communication is an issue and you get caught up in too much fire fighting, but a good experience.

      Cons

      Constant cost cutting demoralized the workforce. Left with a lot of people that are too protective of their jobs and dont want to contribute.
