      Visteon is a company with good capabilities, but going in circles.

      Pros

      The location is very convenient, from the personal point of view. Also Visteon keeps good technical capabilities and there are some interesting initiatives. As a company, it has an excellent global footprint.

      Cons

      nevertheless, apart from some areas with initiatives, for the majority, in my impression, it is like being frozen, stopped, though it is needed to keep moving. Decisions regarding cuts have been necessary, but there is no obvious positive path to follow.

      Pros

      There really are none. The company is no longer viable and in business. If there was one thing, it would have to be the pay. But as you grow professionally, you realize that pay is not everything. Also, there were some really good people that I was able to work with.

      Cons

      The company is no longer viable and in business. Management would not fully disclose information regarding industry affects on the plant. They also created an environment where being honest about situations (not emotionally, but having data to back it up) made you appear weak. They only wanted to hear good news.
