Zero Job Security: The environment is highly unstable. There is a constant underlying threat of being asked to leave the organization at any moment without prior warning or justification. Toxic Leadership & Behavior: The Manager’s behavior is consistently rude and unprofessional. Rather than providing constructive feedback, the Manager resorts to public humiliation in front of the entire team, which is demoralizing and unacceptable. Poor Work Management: There is a complete lack of proper planning. Work is disorganized, leading to a chaotic environment where expectations are never clear. No Work-Life Balance: Boundaries are not respected. Management frequently forces employees to work during approved leaves and public holidays, showing a total disregard for personal time and mental health.
