Never had any work pressure. Was able to explore some tech stack specific to automotive industry. Workflow was well organized in JIRA and GitLab

Cons

Things can get a little rough based on client side complaints or need of hot patches for the products in produciton lifecycle.

Good referral bonus, WFH if someone is sick in family

NO WORKLIFE BALANCE You are expected to work more than 10-11 hours perday and still be shouted at. You will have 36 leaves but good luck those getting approved. Random workshop for weeks and you are forced to travel and join to that place, and in workshop the hours are even crazier, it starts from 10 in the morning and runs till 1:30. Some times you'll be forced to come on the weekends. And after all this hardwork you'll be getting single digits hike.
