The office space was clean, and the break area had good coffee.

Cons

The expectations set were completely disturbing, with higher-ups focused only on their own needs and neglecting the team's hard work. They pushed us to chase unrealistic goals without a second thought about the time, resources, or well-being of the staff. Efforts felt utterly worthless, with no appreciation or recognition for anything beyond what benefited them directly. They drained motivation with self-serving priorities and left no room for actual growth or fulfillment. The selfishness in decision-making it impossible to feel valued as a n employee.
