Pros

I was able to make some meaningful relationship with my coworkers despite how short my time was here.

Cons

I don't see anyone growing their career here because of how minuscule the salary increases are, as well as the lack of opportunities given to employees to advance. Management also employees and replaces them because they get to have new hires do the same amount of work while paying them less.

Cons

Poor salary increase regardless of tenure ship. Managers hands are tied on this so it doesn't help to even inquire.

Cons

Managements get away with mistreating people. From talking down to their employees to higher ups sexually harassing females and HR not doing anything about it.
