Interesting industry with nice designs. Small operation so you get to experience most of the operation process.

Cons

Does not offer competitive wages. Once locked in to a wage, impossible for a cost of living increase.

-the people I work with are amazing -free breakfast meetings -nice environment -team goals

Cons

-the pay is absolutely trash, they promise you will hit all goals in your interview but you never do because they are OUTRAGEOUS and unattainable so you basically are making hourly rates that you can make at a grocery store. The only stores that make goal are new ones that have no LY to base them off of -absolutely no diversity in the sales team, everyone is white and they don’t even interview poc people for store roles, only warehouse positions. -no room for growth. If you’re in sales you either can go on to lighting design or management but you can only be considered for management if you promise to relocate your entire life -outdated, old POS systems
