      1. You are employed. 2. Nothing asked of you is ever beyond the realm of a functioning human beings' abilities.

      Cons

      1. Unless you prove yourself to be on the "opportunistic" side, moving ahead will be a slow grind that may not seem worth the time it may take. 2. Low expectations for the whole can begin to grate on a person who takes genuine pride in doing their job at an above average level.
