Pros

Amble OT, great benefits, and pay is decent for young person entering work force. If in customer service/direct contact with customers, can network with others. Upper management/HR do seem like they genuinely care about employees well being. Is a really great place to gain valuable work experience. Lastly- 100% my opinion, having Visual Comfort & Co listed on your resume is probably the best perk out everything, seems like it makes you more desirable to other companies.

Cons

Rampant favoritism and nepotism. Very inconsistent and still using outdated programs. Training isn't horrible, but could be better- especially management training. Can be hard to feel heard and important. Sink or swim mentality.
