      Easy job, reasonable hours, air conditioned facility

      Cons

      Micromanagement, pay, the respect that the employee's recieve from managers. What ever you talk to human resources about it get spreaded throughout the entire warehouse/ this refers to some managers as well. The associates doesn't get anything out of the great work ethics their pushing in or out. Also no room for growth. STOP changing people schedules.

      Good pay & health care benefits for a retail position

      Cons

      Poorly ran company from the management position and up. They don't personally care about their employees at all, you are just another body filling a position and can be replaced at any time. It was frustrating to see how poorly the showroom was ran & concerns from employees were not addressed. I can't stress enough that this company does not care about their employees!!
