The positivity wears out, leadership, general manager and partners, show their true colors when they can't accomplish what they want due to their short sightedness and lack of experience in multiple areas. As written in previous reviews, favoritism is high at this company and causes friction and stress amongst leadership. Narcissism is masked by visible passion but very evident in time. The company grew to a good size from a good idea and hard work by the owner, but he has lost sight of how to treat people and keeps family members who are not qualified or experienced in key positions that they just use their ego to drive them.

Here is the jist of this company that was once something, recently they have allowed one of their top salesmen to buy into ownership and is now running the operations of the business. This leadership is only out for himself and his core people which were on his team and still manages his business. Also there is conflict of interest among his leadership because he has family members in his core group that he shows favoritism to. Overall how the company is run is to get one individual as wealthy as possible while the other outsiders that are the real heart and sole of the company get taken advantage of and are treated with no respect while being given unattainable expectations in their jobs and being pushed to work ridiculous hours. Other owners are truly unseen and unheard from as they have other interests and treat this company more as a side note with potential extra income in their pockets. General Manager never worked in freight and has no idea what he is doing. He is also a very untrustworthy individual and only plays to his new leadership. Overall this is a small to mid brokerage with not much growth over the past few years as the industry has changed and causing these size companies to close their doors. Overall there is no career path at this company and over the last few years have had more than 70% of their staff quit or be let go.
