Worked at this company for one year. This is not a place you ever want to work. If you're desperate and cant do any better, only then do you apply to work here. Everyone is related so there is no professionalism. No one looks out for the employees. A bunch of temps are running the show on production. They force people out and make everyday work life a living hell. They treat employees like trash. There is no growth in this company, supervisor have been in the same position for 10 to 15 years and that's as far as they'll go in that company. Line lead and quality have been stuck for 7 to 10 years making less than $13 an hour In this company. They make up positions and titles to make employees feel like they're getting a promotion. You are going to be an assistant to an assistant of an assistant to the supervisor. Pay was a joke, it got better but it's still starting pay at other companies. So you worked 5years to finally get paid $15 a hour (pay adjustment so that they cld compete with other companies)but all other temp jobs start you out at $15 a hr. HR is a joke, there is no open door policy because they take away access pass to HR. Now an employee of the company needs to be escorted by a temp to see HR. The Manager is lazy and rely on temps to do his job. No quality gets done, no one knows what they are doing in that department. The supervisor is a 20 year old that has a team that's made up of her friends, they sit around and gossip and no one talks about work. You'll go home stressed and tired, but its nothing work related. Better places are out here to work, with people being professional and having structure, so dont waste your time at a company like this.

There are no loyalties, there are constant shifts in management, office politics play a big part in day to day, managers micro-manage a lot, there are many gaps in processes, documentation, and training. Demand varies, the resources available vary, but you are always given the same expectation. Worst part is that you will never for a minute be secure in your position. This is not a company to work for long term, and the employees with 5+ years are far and few.
