      Pros

      Great, hard working people and the environment if fast paced. If you like a workplace where yo are constantly learning...this is the place for you. If you are this type of person...you will love it here. I will tell everyone...if you can make it here you WILL move up and around in the organization...but bring the right mentality please :-)

      Cons

      changing customer base means constantly shifting gears with process and people. Turnover is somewhat high which creates process breaks.

      The people are great and its never boring. You get a chance to meet customers face to face and help them succeed.

      Cons

      Location was always a problem for attracting talent. The business model seriously hinders the growth and profit potential.

      Had a great core of knowledgeable people to work around and learn with. Pay and benefits were good and company always looking to expand and grow.

      Cons

      Lack of organization, a lot of information not communicated or withheld resulting in problems with production and rework constantly.
