      -Opportunity to make pretty good money quickly out of school. - Management is understanding of commitments outside of work and is understanding and flexible with hours with advance notice -Good place to learn how to work hard and be rewarded for it

      Cons

      - Very long hours - Disconnect between management and staff creates constant friction - Company has a tendency to miss when hiring upper management

      - main holidays off (not paid) *not much pros for this job but it’s a warehouse so can’t expect much*

      Cons

      - don’t care about the employees - some line leaders are very rude - supervisors don’t care to address or solve issues brought to their attention - will over work you
