      Pros

      None, very unprofessional and not much intelligence in people management.

      Cons

      Over inflated egos, found a niche and made money from it but lots of narcissism in the owners and upper management. Does not care how people are treated.

      Best place to be treated like a sub human.

      Not pros at all .

      Cons

      Low pay, slave type of work, new employees would leave after 2 or 3 hour because of the horrible conditions.

      Worst place I've ever worked

      Pros

      No pros at all for this company I was warned by friends before about this place and now I see why. P.S the Waukegan IL facility is even worse and unorganized you have been warned.

      Cons

      Very unorganized. Operations is terrible. Cleanliness is the worst I've seen. They're tools shop looks like a bulldozer ran through it. No sense of initiative . Employees are pushed and given tasks that is honestly abuse. Employees are also not friendly and they'll hire anyone. Employees are not allowed to go on bathroom breaks. Also they only get one 30 min lunch and it fluctuates through department. There are no raises or bonuses for regular employees only management And managements pay isn't that great either. One supervisor got paid 19$ hourly . WOW mind-blowing.
