Pros

Direct line of communication with leadership. Fair and competitive salary. Benefits not reviewed because I am on TRICARE.

Cons

PTO and holiday hours could use some tweaking (e.g. earning PTO at a faster rate and allowing it to accrue from year to year; earning holiday hours in 8-hour blocks of time).

Great company! Excellent compensation. CEO treats you like family. Great Office Manager. Great FSO. One of the best small companies to work for.

Cons

Small company so there is little room for upward mobility.

Pros

Visual Soft was a great company to work for. This company is very understanding of Military commitments. They were very efficient in the interview and hiring process. The leadership and administrative personnel are very responsive and easy to work with.

Cons

It would have been nice to start with PTO and sick time, instead of using PTO for both. But the company was flexible about rearranging your work hours in order to avoid using all your PTO.
