Pros
the pay is decent, and you work at your own pace, it's employee owned. but be careful they will use these things against you all the time.
Cons
the benefits like the insurance are very expensive and don't cover near what they should, and if you find yourself working their for 10+ year and your training a lot of new people realize their your replacements. and watch out management looks at suck ups more than hard workers.
