Complete 180 since the buyout. Management doesn't care about nurses or patients, only money. Employees and patients suffer.

Pros

Remote position. Flexibility for a great work life balance. Support is always available from any department I reach out to. IT department is next level with their help. I never wait long to resolve any issues I face. Billing in general is challenging but this company has made it fun, rewarding, and know you have a team to help resolve claims issues. The teamwork I experience everyday is heartfelt and makes us feel like we're a family.

Cons

Learning something new takes time. As this company grows it's unknown what we will face and can be challenging to resolve many issues we face when buying new companies or adding a new branch. With each new location is another opportunity to grow and assist more patients.
